HOH Tax Exemption

I’m posting different letters, applications and Tax-Exempt Status (501c3) proof here on the site for anyone who would like to see it.

“Form 940-EZ, Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax,” will be provided to anyone requesting this information. The request can be made in person or in writing. A minimal fee for postage and copying may be charged. Requests should be made to “The Hand of Hur, Connie S. Skipper, 293 Bray Hill Lane, Oakland, MD 21550.”
